Privacy, data security, and terms

Privacy

We collect what the quote form asks for, your name, contact info, and what you tell us about your part, plus normal order records. We use it to quote, build, deliver, and support your order, and for nothing else. We don't sell it, rent it, or hand it to marketers. Order records are kept for accounting and warranty purposes; ask us to delete your data and we'll remove everything the law doesn't require us to keep. This site sets no advertising trackers.

Data security

Your files, CAD, drawings, photos, and part designs, are treated as confidential. Access is limited to the people building your part. We don't share, publish, or reuse your designs, and we'll sign an NDA for fixture and product-development work on request. Files are deleted or archived on request at the end of a job.

CUI, ITAR, and defense work: parts or drawings that are export-controlled, Controlled Unclassified Information, or otherwise defense-related must not be sent through this website or standard email. Contact us before sending anything, controlled data moves only through a secure transfer process we set up with you first.

Terms of service

Quotes and specs. Quotes are valid 30 days. The quote is the spec: dimensions, material, finish, quantity, price, and date. Work we do matches the quote, and the fit guarantee backs that.

Your files. By sending us a file or a part, you confirm you have the right to have it made. We don't knowingly reproduce another company's protected product for resale, and we may decline work on that basis.

Ratings and use. Parts are built for the application stated on the quote. No part is structural or load-bearing unless the quote states a rating.

Liability. Our liability on any order is limited to the price paid for that order.
